About The Position

Logistics is one of the single largest industries in the world. Globally, logistics is an $8–$12 trillion dollar industry, and in the US alone, ~$2 trillion, representing ~10% of GDP. A single percent of improvement drives profound change to every corner of the world—from the cost of our goods, to the livelihoods of local communities, to even the impact on our environment. At TruckSmarter, we're reshaping the industry by focusing first on truck drivers. Trucks move 71% of freight in America (~$800bn annually), and the trucking industry represents nearly 6% of the full-time jobs in the country. If you look around you, every item has sat on a truck at one point on its journey to you. However, despite the industry being one of the greatest levers of innovation throughout history, it is still deeply fragmented and structurally misaligned. Our mission is to fix that—and we need your help. TruckSmarter is hiring a Senior Brand Designer to help re-build and scale our brand as we roll out a new wave of AI-powered products. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role. You’ll work directly with our leadership team to shape how TruckSmarter looks, feels, and shows up—across product, marketing, and everything in between. Your work will influence real decisions and ship fast. We’re a small, cross-functional crew of designers, product managers, engineers, and operators. We move quickly, collaborate tightly, and care deeply about craft—but we care just as much about getting things out the door. If you like scrappy teams, big responsibility, and building something that actually makes customers’ lives better, you’ll feel right at home here.
