Finch is looking for a Brand Designer to own and evolve how our brand shows up in the world. This role sits at the center of Finchâs brand expression, defining how we tell our story, how we differentiate in a crowded B2B SaaS landscape, and how our brand scales with the company and our clients across commercial and enterprise segments. Youâll lead brand execution across marketing, web, events, sales, and internal storytelling, balancing foundational system work with high-visibility brand moments. Youâll operate as the main brand designer and creative at Finch, deeply embedded within the marketing team and closely partnered with company leadership. This role is for a designer who is comfortable owning decisions, setting a high bar, and building a brand with intention and systems thinking, not just shipping assets. You wonât inherit a fully locked system. Youâll be at the helm to define it, deciding where to push, where to refine, and how to maintain coherence while still doing bold, interesting, pixel-perfect work. Youâll collaborate with the executive and marketing teams while delivering impact across the entire company.
