Requirements
- Demonstrated transfusion medicine/blood bank expertise
- Experience with compatibility testing and immunohematology practices
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- This position requires a government security clearance; the applicant must be a U.S. Citizen for consideration.

Responsibilities
- Provide subject matter expertise in transfusion medicine and immunohematology
- Support blood typing, crossmatching, and compatibility testing initiatives
- Assess blood supply chain processes (collection, processing, storage, distribution)
- Advise stakeholders on clinical, operational, and regulatory considerations
- Support program assessments, briefings, and documentation
