Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
6–8+ years’ experience in finance, billing, or project accounting, including a minimum of 3 years in a management role required.
Strong understanding of clinical trial agreements and professional services billing structures.
Advanced analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and collaborate across functions.
Proficiency with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
