This role supports the end-to-end order cycle, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet the service levels defined by the organization During a Typical Day, You'll Use weekly demand insights to plan billing and share risks Ensure every customer order is accurate, complete, and released on time Reserve stock and lead the pick-release process to hit delivery goals Prioritize key accounts with thoughtful allocation and quick processing Communicate clearly and resolve issues to keep customers happy Work closely with teams and continuously refine processes Create reports on backlog, picks, and shipping to keep performance on point
