About The Position

Our Global Data Analytics (GDA) team is the trusted analytics partner for Finance Operations, providing data-driven solutions across global service centers and functions. We are custodians of data and metrics definitions, applying scientific methods to large-scale transactional processes. We're seeking an exceptional Senior Business Intelligence Engineer for our FinOps Healthcare Data and Analytics team. You'll deliver engineering excellence in data visualization, develop pipelines and build analytics solutions. You’ll identify, design and create automation solutions, using artificial intelligence (inter alia). As a key member of a global team of analytics professionals, you'll be a major contributor to business and process outcomes in the area of Healthcare Finance Operations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of SQL, ETL or Oracle experience
  • 3+ years of processing large, multi-dimensional datasets from multiple sources experience
  • 1+ years of developing automated reporting experience
  • Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
  • Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines
  • Experience using SQL to pull data from a database or data warehouse and scripting experience (Python) to process data for modeling

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with AWS solutions such as EC2, DynamoDB, S3, and Redshift
  • Experience in data mining, ETL, etc. and using databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets

Responsibilities

  • Support the organization's strategic business objectives, process outcomes and decisions by analytical insights
  • Collaborate with business leaders and users to optimize data-driven business processes
  • Provide reliable, accurate, timely reporting for operations activities and leadership decision making
  • Design and implement complex, scalable, and high-performance data pipelines and models
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with technology teams, such as data engineers and data scientists, to define and deliver BI solutions
  • Build reports and dashboards using Amazon QuickSight
  • Use advanced analytics techniques, such as statistical analysis and predictive modeling, to uncover hidden patterns, trends and opportunities
  • Implement AI-powered self-service analytics tools
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement automation opportunities, incl. AI technology; continuously enhance analytics while reducing manual effort
  • Represent the BI function in business reviews and provide data-driven recommendations to business and process leaders

Benefits

  • Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets.
  • The base pay for this position ranges from $89,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market.
  • Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
