About The Position

We are looking for a Senior Data Analytics Engineer to support the organization’s data evolution. In this role, you are building more than pipelines; you are building the intellectual engine of the firm. You will bridge the gap between "raw data" and "strategic insight," ensuring our advisors have the most sophisticated tools available to defend and advise the world’s largest corporations.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience working as a Data Analytics Engineer
  • SQL & Database Design: Expert-level proficiency is a must. You should be a master of relational modeling and complex query optimization.
  • Programming: Demonstrated experience using Python or C# to automate workflows and solve engineering hurdles.
  • Modern Data Stack: Significant experience with Snowflake (specifically Lake House implementations).

Nice To Haves

  • AI Stack: Familiarity with the modern AI landscape, including experience with MLFlow, MCP (Model Context Protocol), Hugging Face, and building RAG-based systems.
  • Business Acumen: Comfort engaging with business stakeholders and ability to translate "technical speak" into "strategic value."
  • Domain Knowledge: Prior exposure to financial communications, corporate governance, shareholder activism or M&A will help you hit the ground running.

Responsibilities

  • Snowflake Architecture: Stand up and optimize a Snowflake Lake House to serve as our central intelligence hub.
  • Relational Design & Ingestion: Design robust schemas and ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest SEC filings, global news, and third-party financial data, maximizing our ability to deliver rapid insights.
  • Web Ingestion: Develop web crawling capabilities to capture and structure investor voting policies and records—turning fragmented public disclosures into a proprietary advantage.
  • AI Implementation: Integrate cutting-edge AI into our workflow. You should be comfortable with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) search, Agentic Workflows, and AI embeddings to help query massive datasets intuitively.
  • Thought Leadership: Partner with advisors to identify emerging trends, using data to produce high-level analysis that shapes the conversation in capital markets and financial communications.
