About the role: The Senior Benefits Partner is a strategic and hands-on role responsible for designing, administering, and optimizing employee benefits and leave of absence programs across the United States, Canada, and Mexico, while also leading global immigration and mobility processes. This role serves as a subject-matter expert to employees, managers, HR Business Partners, and cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring an exceptional employee experience, strong compliance, and scalable programs that support a growing global workforce. This is a remote position open to candidates residing in the US except Alaska, Austin Metro, Boulder Metro, California, Chicago Metro, Connecticut, Dallas Metro, Denver Metro, Houston Metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Seattle Metro, and Washington, D.C. .
