Under general supervision, develop and produce benefit information and client communications that are designed to attract, retain, inform and educate group customers and subscribers. Analyze components of product offerings to ensure compliance with coverage documents. Analyze group coverage documents and develop non-standard benefit specifications that amend certificates and riders. Design, develop, produce, and maintain materials to support marketing sales strategy. Create descriptions that clearly define product and delivery systems. Develop group-specific benefit materials for standard and non-standard plans. Write and develop marketing materials and ensure that materials comply with government and corporate brand regulations/style. Maintain hard copy and automated text libraries and/or files to facilitate development of internal and external communications. Maintain daily, monthly, and quarterly activity reporting systems. Develop and maintain project plans. Other duties may be assigned.
