The Senior Benefits Administrator administers the full spectrum of Weston’s welfare and retirement benefit programs, including medical, dental, life, disability, wellness, leave of absence, workers compensation, and 401(k) plans. In this role, the Administrator serves as a strategic partner in leveraging HRIS technology to enhance benefits administration. This includes maintaining and auditing benefits data, optimizing system workflows, and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of all benefits-related information. The Administrator is expected to proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, streamline reporting and analytics, and support compliance and decision-making. Experience with Workday , Dayforce or similar platforms is highly valued, as the role requires hands-on involvement in system configuration, troubleshooting, and ongoing enhancements to support both employee and organizational needs. The Administrator also leads employee education efforts, acts as the primary contact for benefit inquiries, and coordinates benefit-related projects and HR departmental initiatives.
