Why Join Clemens Food Group This role sits at the center of one of the most critical technology initiatives in the company. Instead of buying an off-the-shelf application, Clemens chose to build an internal forecasting and availability platform that has become essential to the Fresh Sales team's day-to-day operations. You will help shape the next evolution of this system, influence technical design decisions, and see your work drive real business outcomes. Clemens invests in its people and expects them to grow. The culture emphasizes measurable results, learning agility, curiosity, integrity, accountability, and doing the right thing. The Impact You Will Make You will own and extend the backend services that power forecasting, risk reduction, and availability planning across Fresh Sales. This platform influences pricing, production decisions, customer commitments, and revenue stability. When the business needs answers, your work will enable them to act quickly and confidently. What Makes This Role Exciting Ability to architect new backend features from scratch • Highly complex computational challenges at meaningful scale • Opportunity to propose and use new technologies when they solve real problems • Direct partnership with business users who rely on the system every day • Clear visibility into how your work affects revenue, forecasting accuracy, and risk reduction • Internal ownership of code, not vendor dependency Your Future at Clemens You will help mature a high impact internal application, deepen your expertise in backend engineering, and influence architecture for future systems. As the Fresh Sales forecasting tool evolves, you will have opportunities to take on ownership areas, mentor others, and grow into larger responsibilities within Engineering or Product.
