Your role in our mission Take a close look at some of the details that contribute to Gainwell’s industry-leading tools and technologies in this challenging position. This is a techno-functional Operations Support role specializing in diagnosing, triaging and resolving production incidents. Responsible for triaging incoming issues to determine severity, reproducing bugs, performing root cause analysis (RCA) using tools like log analysis or database queries, and often providing workarounds or permanent fixes. Serves as a bridge between technical teams and end users. Assist in resolving production support problems. Develop and suggest alternative approaches to resolving problems. Gather information from the system, analyze program and time requirements, and prepare documentation to change existing programs. Debug codebase and SQL stored procedures to troubleshoot reported issues with existing programs. Collaborate with a variety of internal product teams to address and define reported issues. Create and assign service request tickets to the appropriate team in response to customer needs. Manage automated jobs and configuration files on remote servers in sync with deployments Conduct UAT, create test plans to verify logic of new or modified programs. Create appropriate documentation in work assignments such as meeting notes, program code, and any technical documentation. Conduct quality assurance activities such as peer reviews.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience with applications/web development, programming, and debugging and troubleshooting issues in a .NET C# enviornment.
