About The Position

In this role, you will play a crucial part in designing, operating, and continuously enhancing the infrastructure and deployment pipelines that underpin our platform. Your expertise in Azure is essential for building secure and reliable systems, focusing on Infrastructure as Code, automation, and production stability. You will ensure system reliability and delivery discipline, significantly reducing operational issues across engineering teams while driving enhancements to our existing processes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in a DevOps or Azure DevOps role.
• Expertise with Azure DevOps tools and services.
• Advanced skills in Infrastructure as Code using Bicep.
• Strong understanding of Azure networking and security concepts.
• Experience with Azure App Services and SQL Database in production.
• Proficient in PowerShell; familiar with Bash or Linux scripting.
• Experience in regulated environments and understanding of healthcare compliance.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot complex systems and prioritize under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Bicep and manage ARM templates as needed.
• Optimize Azure services including App Services and Azure SQL Database.
• Automate provisioning and configuration for both Windows and Linux environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for best practices in reliability and disaster recovery.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and conduct root cause analysis.
• Contribute to DevOps standards and process improvements.
• Mentor junior engineers during operational reviews.
