About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer to lead the design, enhancement, and implementation of enterprise-level DevOps solutions. This role requires deep expertise in Azure DevOps, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with architecture, application, and infrastructure teams. Please note, this role is not able to offer visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Cloud Engineering.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, YAML, Git, ARM/Bicep/Terraform, and release orchestration.
- Expertise in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, EKS/AKS) and deployment strategies (Blue-Green, Canary, Rolling).
- Solid understanding of Linux environments and migration workflows (AIX to Linux experience is a plus).
- Strong troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and problem-solving abilities.
- Clear communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
Nice To Haves
- Experience supporting enterprise‑scale cloud or datacenter migration programs.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, App Insights, Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk).
- Knowledge of infrastructure modernization initiatives and cloud governance frameworks.
- Azure certifications such as AZ‑400, AZ‑104, AZ‑305, or equivalent.
