Requirements

  • 6-8 years of hands-on testing experience (manual and automation) within Agile delivery squads.
  • Proficient in Selenium (C#) or modern tools like Cypress and Playwright for automation.
  • Experienced in building and maintaining automation frameworks integrated into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
  • Skilled in functional, regression, and API testing, with solid SQL and web application knowledge.
  • Strong in defect management, root cause analysis, and close collaboration with developers.
  • Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills supporting continuous agile delivery.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in the health insurance domain and Agile/Scrum delivery.
  • Working knowledge of Git, Docker, and cloud environments (Azure/AWS, Kubernetes).
  • Must be able to pass DHL internal ‘Tester’ technical assessment.

  • Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Engineers and BAs to understand testing requirements.
  • Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements.
  • Document testing strategies, test results, and defect reports.
  • Set up, configure, and maintain testing environments.
  • Perform manual and automated testing of software applications to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Validate application functionality, usability, performance, and security.
  • Identify, document, and prioritize defects or issues, using JIRA to track bugs and test progress.
  • Provide regular reports on testing progress, defect status, and quality metrics.
