About The Position

Enable continuous delivery as a Senior Automation QA at Exadel. Build robust test coverage, streamline pipelines, and match pace with high-performance teams. In this role, you will have the opportunity to design implement and maintain backend and API test automation, while also contributing to UI automation and performing manual testing when needed. As a hands-on Automation QA, you will help define the testing strategy, establish QA best practices, and ensure high product quality through a combination of automated and manual testing. Requirements

5–7 years of experience in automation testing, with a strong focus on API and integration testing
Strong experience in test automation using .NET Core / .NET 8 (LTS)
Solid experience with API testing (creating and maintaining automated API tests)
Experience in creating test documentation, test plans, and test processes
Hands-on experience with Playwright
Experience with UI test automation using .NET
Experience with Postman for API testing and validation
Experience with performance and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, K6)
Experience with Zephyr Scale or similar test management tools
Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Copilot) to support test automation development and maintenance
Upper Intermediate English Level

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with SonarQube
Experience with CodeQL

Responsibilities

Define, implement, and continuously evolve the overall QA strategy for the project
Design, develop, and maintain a robust automated testing framework, ensuring reliability, stability, and long-term maintainability of automated tests
Identify areas that require automated coverage by analyzing the application architecture, codebase, and business functionality, and select the most effective automation approaches
Establish and maintain Quality Gates, including defining quality criteria, configuring validation checks, and ensuring they are properly integrated into the development workflow
Collaborate closely with DevOps engineers to design and implement CI/CD pipelines that support automated testing and enforce Quality Gates
Perform functional testing activities when required, combining automation with targeted manual validation to ensure product quality
Contribute to test design and documentation where necessary (e.g., outlining testing scenarios or high-level validation flows) to support the overall testing strategy
Conduct performance and load testing, analyze results, and recommend data-driven improvements to the system and QA processes
