Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineer - Carmel, IN (Hybrid) We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to lead and support manufacturing excellence initiatives across our global operations. This role is pivotal in driving digital transformation, automation, and Industry 4.0 implementations within manufacturing processes, ensuring optimal utilization of assets, quality, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in manufacturing engineering, automation, electronics testing, and process digitization, with proven experience in leading complex projects, integrating new technologies, and influencing organizational transformation. Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) such as Ignition, Aveva, Rockwell, and/or data historians is highly advantageous. We are looking for someone with strong intellectual curiosity, a life-long learner mindset, and a self-motivated approach to driving continuous improvement and innovation. “Hybrid Role” and Travel Requirements: Candidate will reside or must be willing to relocate to Indianapolis metropolitan area. Role requires in-office attendance on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, when not traveling. This role directly supports factory operations and at times may require extensive travel durations (50+%), to support the project implementations and operational needs.
