About The Position

As an Implementation Integration Engineer, you are responsible for ensuring all client integrations (banks, payment providers, 3rd-party tools) are properly scoped, configured, tested, and live by go-live date. You serve as the central liaison between the client, integration vendors, and internal technical teams to deliver seamless system connectivity that enables clients to fully utilize their Vantaca platform from day one. Your focus is on technical coordination, vendor management, and ensuring zero integration-related delays to client go-live timelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in technology, systems integration, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience with system integrations, API management, or technical coordination
  • Proven experience working with financial institutions, payment processors, or 3rd-party integrations
  • Experience in SaaS environments or software implementation preferred
  • Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data connectivity
  • Experience with financial system integrations (banking, payment processing)
  • Knowledge of integration testing, troubleshooting, and validation processes
  • Understanding of data security and compliance requirements for financial integrations
  • Proficiency with integration documentation and technical specification management
  • Comfort with AI tools for integration automation, predictive monitoring, and process optimization
  • Excellent project coordination and timeline management skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple vendor relationships simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Experience coordinating across technical teams and external partners
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and urgent integration requirements
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong vendor relationship management and negotiation capabilities
  • Ability to translate technical requirements into business language for clients
  • Experience managing escalations and resolving conflicts with external partners
  • Professional communication style appropriate for financial institutions and enterprise vendors
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Comfortable with technology and learning new integration platforms
  • Ability to travel occasionally for vendor meetings or client implementations
  • Innovative mindset toward leveraging AI and technology for integration process optimization and vendor relationship management
