About The Position

As a Senior Audience Marketing Manager, you will be a key leader in shaping and executing sophisticated audience marketing strategies. With expert knowledge of market dynamics and customer behavior, you will influence marketing practices across the organization, ensuring they align with the company’s objectives and foster innovative customer engagement. Requirements

  • 5+ years in direct-to-consumer marketing, preferably in a senior role within the financial services sector
  • Proven expertise in leading and implementing significant process improvements and driving innovations that result in measurable increases in performance and customer satisfaction
  • Ability to develop comprehensive marketing strategies
  • Ability to utilize advanced analytics to inform strategy and optimize campaigns
  • Demonstrates thorough expertise in customer engagement strategies
  • Experience influencing others without positional control
  • Proficient in using advanced data tools like Excel and Tableau for decision-making; advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and marketing automation tools
  • Demonstrated success in campaign management
  • Proficient in basic computer technologies, appropriate for an internet-based company
  • Regular and predictable attendance

  • Lead the initiation and management of marketing campaigns that address the nuanced needs of different audience segments.
  • Ensure that all campaign elements are of high quality and have a strong impact on conversion and experience.
  • Champion innovative marketing ideas and tools that enhance the audience experience.
  • Actively contribute to the promotion of a culture that values continuous improvement, teamwork, and respect for diversity.
  • Utilize advanced analytics to inform strategic decisions and enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Promote data-driven methodologies to optimize both performance and experience.
  • Actively contribute to making the team and culture stronger by assisting with other duties as needed, excluding licensed activity.
