Provide legal advice to the Power Authority's Trustees, senior management, and all Authority business units, focusing on the Real Estate division. This role involves handling all aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, operation, and maintenance of Power Authority and Canal Corporation real estate interests. As a Sr. Attorney II, you will conduct legal research and drafting, with an emphasis on transactional, environmental, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance matters. You will collaborate internally on special projects to support NYPA's strategic goals and work with external parties to manage real estate transactions, reporting to the Assistant General Counsel for Real Estate. #LI-CJ1Responsibilities
