About The Position

We are seeking an Audit Senior Manager to lead industry-focused assurance engagements, collaborate with firm leadership, and mentor high-performing staff. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; master’s or advanced degree preferred.
CPA required.
8+ years of audit experience within a professional services environment.
5+ years of supervisory experience with demonstrated success mentoring and developing staff.
Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills.
Ability to provide exceptional client service, think strategically, and manage complex engagements.
Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship preferred.

Responsibilities

Proactively engage with clients to understand goals, challenges, and strategic priorities.
Design and implement audit procedures to evaluate internal controls and recommend improvements.
Oversee all fieldwork to deliver high-quality results within established timelines.
Provide financial statement insights, analysis, and business recommendations.
Manage engagement staffing, billing, collections, and profitability metrics.
Use entrepreneurial skills to grow client relationships and identify new opportunities.
Build strong internal and external networks that support long-term business growth.
Mentor and coach staff, supporting technical and professional growth through the firm’s development philosophy.
Participate in learning programs and maintain current knowledge of relevant standards and strategies.
Foster a collaborative team environment that supports work-life balance and engagement.
