In this vital role you will focus on generating high-quality tissue-based data to support target characterization, preclinical model development, and biomarker strategies across a diverse pipeline.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree OR Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of scientific experience OR Associate’s degree and 6 years of scientific experience OR High school diploma / GED and 8 years of scientific experience

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in molecular biology, cell biology, or a related discipline
  • 2+ years of molecular pathology experience in an industry setting
  • Hands-on experience with IHC, immunostaining platforms (Ventana/Leica/ Dako), digital pathology and image analysis software
  • Strong data analysis and interpretation skills, including familiarity with statistical methods
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute histopathology assays, including single and multiplex IHC and ISH using both chromogenic and immunofluorescent methods
  • Perform image analysis using digital pathology platforms and advanced imaging technologies
  • Collaborate with pathologists, scientists, and research associates to generate, analyze, and interpret data across multiple programs
  • Support early discovery efforts by contributing to mechanism of action and toxicity assessments
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver tissue-based insights for target validation, pharmacodynamic and efficacy readouts, and biomarker development
  • Organize, document, and communicate experimental data and results to team members
