Those in managed service management and strategy at PwC will focus on transitioning and running services, along with managing delivery teams, programmes, commercials, performance and delivery risk. Your work will involve the process of continuous improvement and optimising of the managed services process, tools and services. The Opportunity As part of the Managed Services team you will oversee the delivery of accounting and reporting services across multiple client engagements, maintaining accuracy and compliance. As a Senior Associate, you will analyze complex problems, mentor team members, and build meaningful client relationships while navigating the intricacies of service delivery. This role offers the chance to drive process enhancements and elevate client satisfaction in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Finance
  • At least 2 years of experience in a managed services, shared services, or outsourced finance environment

Nice To Haves

  • Certified Public Accountant preferred
  • Proven leadership in managing client deliverables
  • Demonstrating proficiency in modern accounting or ERP systems
  • Excelling in analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Managing multiple clients and priorities effectively
  • Supervising and coaching team members
  • Driving process improvement initiatives
  • Supporting client communications and managing expectations
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
