The Senior Associate, Workplace Experience will support our Austin, TX office, primarily in providing administrative and operational support to employees. You’re a great fit if you’re detail oriented, a self starter, and have an eagerness to spearhead workplace culture and experience.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years in an administrative or office management position
  • Ability to lift ~35-50lbs in weight
  • Ability to push/pull 35-75lbs
  • Standing or walking for 4-5 hours per shift
  • Bending to pick up items from the floor or to wipe down surfaces and stock supplies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Great customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, service-oriented personality
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Problem-solving and basic troubleshooting skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable Transportation

  • Additional duties as assigned by the Senior Manager, Workplace Experience.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that you are meeting the workplace experience standards for the Austin, TX Office which includes but is not limited to - managing the kitchen and pantry, ordering and stocking cleaning supplies and snacks, trash removal, and maintaining the coffee/beverage machines. Additionally, you will be employees’ and visitors’ first point of contact and provide administrative support for the People Team.
  • Monitoring office supplies and ordering new inventory, furniture, appliances, and electronics as required with prior approval from the Senior Manager
  • Organizing and liaising with various vendors including but not limited to the building, janitorial and external partners to ensure office compliance, cleanliness, and safety
  • Managing and reviewing mail and packages to ensure timely reviewal and retrieval for personnel
  • Assisting with on-boarding and off-boarding by serving as a point of contact for the People Team to employees
  • Monitoring workplace requests and workplace attendance through Envoy and Jira
  • Reporting office progress to senior management and working with them to improve office operations and procedures
  • Coordinating and supporting office events and onsite meetings
