The Consumer Bank Marketing Technology group is seeking a results-oriented team player with experience in strategic thinking to curate, analyze and execute meaningful tests to join Capital One as a Senior Associate Web Experimentation Specialist. You will be the operational heartbeat of our experimentation team. You will work directly between the Program Manager (Strategy) and the Testing Executionist (Technical Implementation) to ensure our testing roadmap is organized, stakeholders are aligned, and insights are documented. You will also lean in on building our strategies with the Program Manager as well as help build the tests in our testing tool. Your goal is to remove friction from the experimentation process, allowing us to test faster and learn more.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience
  • At least 2 years of multi-channel marketing experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in planning, execution, and analysis of marketing programs

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of experience in a product marketing role
  • 3+ years of experience in financial services
  • Agile experience

Responsibilities

  • Testing Strategies: Work with the Program Manager to develop, create testing plans, curate new test ideas and build testing framework decks in order to bring to life tests that help deliver better customer experiences and deliver on our business objectives
  • Test Execution: Work with the lead test executionist to deliver tests in the pipeline and enhance the experimentation capabilities our program has to offer.
  • Roadmap & Pipeline Management: Maintain the experimentation backlog, manage the roadmap and manage approvals. Ensure all test ideas are properly documented, scored (BRICE), and ready for the execution phase.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a primary point of contact for cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Brand, Data Science and Marketing). You’ll gather requirements for upcoming tests and keep stakeholders updated on progress.
  • Process Optimization: Constantly look for "leaks" in our workflow. Whether it’s a delay in creative assets or a bottleneck in QA, you are responsible for streamlining the path from hypothesis to launch.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Manage our "Library of Insights." You will ensure every test—win, lose, or draw—is archived with clear takeaways so the organization never learns the same lesson twice.
