FLH is looking for a candidate to help advance its U.S. land and housing portfolio, which currently focuses on housing loss and insecurity, eviction data, access to affordable homeownership, and the intersections between housing and climate change. The ideal candidate is passionate about implementation of large scale change efforts, particularly for housing stability, with experience in project management and coordinating learning networks. Familiarity with court eviction data, eviction processes and housing stability are a plus. The candidate should be a self-starter and a good multi-tasker, and capable of working in a fast paced environment on a small, agile team, acting as the right hand to the Eviction Data Response Network Initiative Director. The candidate should also thrive on collaboration, as partnerships and multi-stakeholder approaches are essential to our work. This role will begin with an emphasis on project and knowledge management management and will progress towards deeper technical assistance and thought leadership as the candidate acquires domain knowledge and experience.
