About The Position

Under the general direction of the Senior Manager, Transportation Systems, provides analytical, program coordination to support the planning, evaluation, research, and implementation of transportation technologies that enhance airport parking, access control, roadway, and related operational functions within the Transportation Business Unit (TBU). Works cross-functionally with project managers, engineers, Technology Services, and operational stakeholders to align business needs with system capabilities and process improvements. This position assists with planning, implementation, testing, and operational support of Parking Revenue Control Systems (PRCS), Parking Guidance Systems (PGS), access control technologies, and related transportation platforms..

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Aviation Management, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Three (3) plus years of experience supporting or coordinating technology, systems, parking, transportation, or operational projects.
  • Any equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experience may be substituted for the above.
  • Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting, with ability to draw insights and provide recommendations.
  • Skill in organization, with ability to independently manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skill in problem-solving, with an aptitude for leveraging data, identifying issues and implementing corrective measures to optimize business processes and operational efficiency.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in written documents, and work collaboratively across internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Ability to learn new technologies, systems, and adapt to evolving project needs.
  • Skill in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to prepare and present concise verbal and written reports and presentations for senior leadership.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Parking Revenue Control Systems (PRCS), Parking Guidance Systems (PGS), or related transportation/airport technologies.
  • Experience supporting system testing (FAT, UAT, field testing) or vendor implementations.
  • Familiarity with airport, parking, or transportation operations.
  • Experience creating operational reports or dashboards using standard business tools.
  • Experience supporting RFP development, scope documentation, or vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the planning, coordination, and execution of transportation technology projects by evaluating operational needs, researching solutions, developing documentation, and facilitating vendor and stakeholder communication to ensure alignment with TBU objectives.
  • Coordinates cross functional workstreams by preparing agendas, tracking milestones, facilitating decision points, and ensuring project deliverables align with requirements, schedules, and strategic priorities to drive project execution.
  • Contributes to the development of scopes of work, functional requirements, evaluation criteria, and performance metrics that guide vendor engagements, RFPs, system design decisions, and implementation strategy.
  • Monitors and assesses performance of Parking Revenue Control Systems (PRCS), Parking Guidance Systems (PGS), and other transportation technologies, applying comprehensive system analysis, diagnostics, root causes, and recommends corrections or enhancements.
  • Supports system testing activities (FAT, UAT, and field testing) by preparing test documentation, tracking results, and assisting with follow-up actions.
  • Supports the development and maintenance of dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Maintains system access governance processes by evaluating access requests, ensuring alignment with security protocols, monitoring compliance, and recommending improvements to access workflows and controls.
  • Conducts analysis of transportation data, system capabilities, and operational impacts to advise leadership on opportunities for process improvements, technology enhancements, and customer experience outcomes.
  • Serves as a key liaison between TBU and Technology Services, translating operational needs into technical requirements and coordinating responses to system issues, upgrades, outages, and changes.
  • Compiles transportation-related data and prepares summaries to support operational decision-making.
  • Maintains project documentation, system configurations, and records to support compliance and audit requirements.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
