Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
  • 3+ years of Finance or Accounting experience - Big 4 public accounting OR 3+ years in professional services recruiting
  • The ability to leverage experience to manage and grow your network
  • Operate with a high sense of urgency.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • A data-driven mind with experience tracking & reporting key metrics designed to optimize sourcing strategies
  • Hustle. Work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow a candidate base, introducing Embark and sharing how we are disrupting a commoditized space
  • Recruit, evaluate, and build relationships with finance and accounting professionals
  • Provide an extremely positive, high-touch experience for any/all candidates throughout the entire interview process
  • Identify new and creative ways to build the Embark employment brand including hosting and attending relevant events
  • Actively source both active and passive candidates through referrals, LinkedIn Recruiter
