As part of the internal strategy team, you’ll work on fast-paced, cross-functional projects across the organization. You will leverage strong quantitative and qualitative analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to enhance strategic decision-making and bring ideas into action. You will report to the Chief of Staff, Product & Operations, and work closely with leaders and their teams on their top priority problems.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience at top tier consulting, investment banking, high-growth startup, or related fields
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving paired with world class modeling skills. You have extremely high proficiency with Excel and have the ability to independently conceptualize and develop complex models.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities - proven ability to synthesize complex analyses into clear, concise narratives tailored to senior executives
  • Comfortable presenting recommendations, fielding pushback, and driving productive decision-making in executive forums
  • Highly self-motivated, with the ability to run against problems with little direction, experience knowing when and how to escalate effectively
  • High energy, high integrity working style with a positive outlook, collaborative mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
  • This role requires active work authorization in the US.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end strategy initiatives, from problem framing and hypothesis development through analysis, executive synthesis, and execution support
  • Lead quantitative analyses and market research to shape strategic recommendations on top business priorities such as growth strategy, new business line assessment, and other cross-functional priorities
  • Build in data and measurement across Maven teams to help improve decision making across teams
  • Support strategic annual planning processes and help monitor process through the year
  • Act as a thought partner to functional leaders, translating ambiguous questions into structured analyses and actionable recommendations
