The Strategic Solutions Senior Associate will serve as a strategic and operational right hand to the Head of North America Claims. This hybrid role combines high-level executive support with strategic coordination and data-driven oversight across a team of senior claims leaders. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and capable of managing complex workflows, facilitating cross-functional initiatives, and driving accountability through data and performance tracking.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in executive support, chief of staff, or business operations roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization and performance tracking.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Webex, SharePoint), and data platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between the Head of Claims and senior claims executives to ensure alignment on strategic priorities.
  • Facilitate leadership team meetings, including agenda development, action tracking, and follow-ups.
  • Drive operational cadence through planning cycles, performance reviews, and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor KPIs across claims functions.
  • Partner with analytics and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely data flow.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis and present actionable insights.
  • Lead or support cross-functional projects that advance claims strategy and operational excellence.
  • Ensure timely execution of initiatives by tracking milestones and coordinating resources.
  • Support change management efforts and communication planning.
  • Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, expenses and meeting logistics for the Head of North America Claims.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, briefing materials, and communications.
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholder engagements, including board-level interactions.
