About The Position

The Bioassay Group within the Therapeutic Proteins Department is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Scientist to join our collaborative team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the in vitro characterization of preclinical and clinical drug candidates within Regeneron’s innovative pipeline. As a Sr. Associate Scientist, a typical day may include: Designing and performing experiments to evaluate the ability of these drug candidates to activate responses in both primary and engineered mammalian cells. Key responsibilities include mammalian cell culture, stable cell line generation, primary cell isolation, flow cytometry, and cell-based functional assays such as reporter and cytotoxicity assays. This role might be for you if can: As part of a dynamic group working across diverse therapeutic areas the ideal candidate will also bring a willingness to learn new techniques and explore emerging scientific areas. The ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects, collaborate across teams, and contribute to high-throughput screening campaigns is highly valued. In addition to technical expertise, strong analytical skills are needed to process and interpret experimental data. Effective communication of results and insights will be essential for driving project progress.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s (with 4+ years experience) or Masters (with 2+ years experience)
  • Cell Culture (adherent and non-adherent cells)
  • Cell Engineering
  • Basic computer programming experience
  • Basic Molecular Biology techniques
  • Flow Cytometry
  • Primary cell isolation and assays
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team Player
