We’re seeking a future team member for the role of
Senior Associate, Quality Assurance and Testing Analyst to join our team. This role is located in Berwyn, PA.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required.
• 4–6 years of experience in a systems quality environment required, and prior financial services or securities industry experience is essential for success.
• Proven ability to write test plans and use testing tools to plan, execute, and track quality assurance artifacts.
• Experience managing or supporting small teams of Test Analysts to meet quality goals and schedules.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office products, specifically Excel and Word.
• Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and react to change positively.

Nice To Haves

• Working/hands-on knowledge in SQL programming and relational databases is a strong plus.
• Experience with QA test automation tools is highly desired.
• Knowledge of the Agile software development process is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user stories and/or use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility.
• Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression).
• Design and develop automation scripts when needed.
• Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies.
• Develop software documentation and conduct software testing.
• Apply quality engineering principles throughout the product lifecycle.
• Provide support and documentation.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Work in a team setting with IT professionals and client-facing specialists and communicate daily amongst the team.
• Develop testing plan scenarios for complex unit, process, function, integration, regression, and acceptance testing.
• Assist in identifying and establishing goals for appropriate testing cycles and define and manage software test environments, test standards, and quality assurance tasks.
• Analyze system requirements and design documents; develop detailed test cases, scenarios, and scripts to ensure application quality.
• Collaborate with PMO, Development, and Business teams to remediate defects and provide triage support on internal and external issues.
