About The Position

The Senior Associate plays a critical role in driving execution of the PAS roadmap and strengthening the program’s technology enablement and feedback ecosystem. Serving as a key partner to the Program Manager and PAS leadership, this role translates advisor and field insights into structured prioritization, actionable workstreams, and executive-ready materials that inform enterprise decision-making. The Senior Associate is responsible for helping to run the internal process that captures advisor/practice learnings, synthesizes themes, prioritizes opportunities, and connects them to actionable workstreams across technology and business partners. This role requires strong analytical rigor, comfort working across technology and business stakeholders, and the ability to distill complex topics into clear, compelling narratives for senior leadership. This is a high-impact individual contributor role with visibility across service, agency, technology, and product partners.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in program management, business operations, consulting, strategy, technology enablement, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate ambiguity into clear, actionable plans.
  • Experience supporting technology-enabled initiatives, system enhancements, or process improvement efforts.
  • Exceptional written and presentation skills, including demonstrated ability to develop executive-ready slide decks and leadership materials.
  • Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative inputs into clear themes, insights, and recommendations.
  • Strong organizational skills with demonstrated follow-through, attention to detail, and accountability.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence cross-functional partners without direct authority.
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Support execution of key PAS initiatives by coordinating cross-functional workstreams, tracking milestones, and ensuring disciplined delivery.
  • Partner closely with Technology and business stakeholders to shape and advance system enhancements and process improvements aligned to PAS priorities.
  • Own the day-to-day management of the PAS feedback loop, synthesizing advisor and RM insights into themes, prioritization recommendations, and actionable outcomes.
  • Design and maintain structured intake, prioritization, and reporting frameworks that increase transparency, accountability, and execution rigor.
  • Develop executive-ready materials and dashboards that clearly communicate progress, risks, impact, and strategic implications.
  • Proactively identify risks, interdependencies, and systemic themes, escalating and framing solutions to support informed leadership decisions.
  • Support advisor co-development sessions and continuous improvement efforts by translating insights into measurable enhancements.
