Under general supervision, this is highly responsible administrative work in monitoring and reporting on the overall performance of the private sites related to the requirements under the Bailey Consent Decree, regulatory and operating agreements, and management contracts with HABC; the fiscal management of the property; and the physical condition of the property, including the residential units. The private asset management program consists of low-income public housing (LIPH), housing choice voucher (HCV), rental assistance demonstration (RAD), long-term affordable (LTA), low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC), market rental, and homeownership programs. The incumbent in this position will be assigned to various combinations of housing programs and units within HABC’s private asset management program. All activities must support the Housing Authority of Baltimore City (“HABC” or “Authority”) mission, strategic goals, and objectives.
