The Private Wealth Administrator provides high-level administrative, sales execution, and client development support to the Head of Private Wealth Strategies. This role serves as the operational and coordination backbone for a rapidly growing private wealth consulting platform, supporting advisor engagement, complex sales cycles, and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) client planning deliverables. Blending executive support with internal sales coordination, this role ensures a seamless experience for advisors, referral partners, and prospective clients—from initial engagement through onboarding—while supporting strategic initiatives, partner relationships, and sophisticated wealth planning solutions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, relationship-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial financial services environment. This is an in-person, exempt position with a compensation range of $80,000–$95,000, which may vary based on experience, and is eligible for a performance-based bonus tied to both individual and company results. The ideal candidate will be able to work in-office a minimum of three days per week at one of our locations in Folsom, CA; Dallas, TX; Indianapolis, IN; or Cincinnati, OH.
