Key aspects of the role: End-to-End Product Ownership: Lead the strategy and delivery for critical web features, including fraud and merchant dispute intake, card replacement (lost/stolen/damaged), card locking, and self-service fraud decline resolution. Technical Strategy & Architecture: Partner with a full-stack engineering team to manage a suite of Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) APIs. You will leverage server-driven logic to ensure our web experiences remain nimble, allowing for rapid updates without being tethered to traditional client-side release cycles. Drive Platform Parity: Analyze and bridge the gap between our mobile and web experiences. You will be responsible for building and executing a two-year roadmap that brings the EASE Web experience to feature parity with mobile, ensuring a seamless journey for customers across all digital touchpoints. Ecosystem Curiosity: We are looking for someone who looks beyond their immediate product scope. You should demonstrate a deep curiosity about the broader fraud landscape and how credit card organization drivers, like fraud loss mitigation and enabled spend, impact the company's bottom line. Fungible Problem Solving: You are a versatile thinker who can pivot between domains. Whether you are deep in the technical nuances of API consolidation or high-level business strategy, you can apply structured problem-solving to unfamiliar challenges and drive results. Strategic Roadmap Management: Transition from pure feature execution to leading a long-term strategic vision. You will own the "why" behind the roadmap, using data and business judgment to prioritize work that drives digital adoption and reduces operational expense.
