About The Position

Are you passionate about improving operational experiences and driving efficiency? Join our CML Digital Access & Onboarding team as a Senior Associate, Product Manager. In this role, you will be instrumental in refining MVP requirements, identifying and executing delivery strategies, and collaborating to chart the future direction of our digital servicing initiatives. We are looking for someone who can help us reduce manual "swivel chair" activities for our Operations partners, ultimately delivering better experiences and efficiencies. As part of the Product Management - Commercial Banking team, you will: Deliver products to support the strategy and operations for a Top 10 Commercial Bank Craft strategies that equip the Bank to deliver tailored solutions for clients, build a world class team of financial advisors, and enable a market-leading operation for the origination and management of loans, treasury, and capital markets products Build "always on" technologies to increase profitability and empower associates Reduce operational risks through strengthening controls and monitoring of key processes Own the strategy and delivery of new products and features in partnership with technology teams and collaborate with Product, Tech, and Design partners in the ecosystem to deliver shared outcomes Capital One Product Framework: In this role, you'll be expected to demonstrate proficiency in five key areas which we consider to be the foundation for successful Product management: Human Centered - Obsesses about internal and external customer needs to reimagine and innovate product solutions Business Focused - Delivers game-changing outcomes by focusing on leverage and execution excellence Technology Driven - Leverages technology to deliver innovative and resilient solutions that enable both near term and long term value Integrated Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves complex problems to deliver outcomes while mitigating product risks Transformational Leadership - Leads cross functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or military experience
At least 1 year of product management experience or at least 1 year of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering
1+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer facing digital products
1+ years of experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences
1+ years working with cross functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process
