About The Position

The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, product/program management, or a related business role.

Responsibilities

  • Drive operational accuracy for the Play Partnerships Global Apps Business Development (BD) organization through management of the global business operations, including strategic planning and OKR setting and tracking.
  • Manage and maintain ongoing ‘rhythm of the business’ deliverables.
  • Help co-develop strategies for the global Play partnerships team and help bring those to life through communication and operations.
  • Create programs and processes to solve business operations challenges, and influence cross-functional teams and leadership to bring them to life.
  • Be able to co-develop and successfully land cross-functional projects and initiatives, liaising across Product, ProdOps, BD, Analytics, Legal, Finance, and more.
