Senior Associate, People & Transformation

EndeavorNew York, NY
$80,000Hybrid

About The Position

The People Team supports Endeavor’s headquarters team (~80 employees) and collaborates closely with local offices to support a global workforce of ~500 team members worldwide. We are looking for a People Operations Senior Associate to support HQ People initiatives, with a strong focus on employee experience programs and lifecycle processes. Given this role will complement our existing HQ People Operations function (which oversees compensation and benefits, labor law compliance, and office operations), this person will be fully dedicated and able to focus on programs that shape the day-to-day experience of our teammates instead of only traditional HR operations. You will play a key role in coordinating our annual Endeavor Global Summer Internship Program, supporting hiring managers with their needs, supporting the onboarding process for new hires, celebrating key employee milestones, and developing People best practices. This is an ideal role for someone who is highly organized, people-oriented, and excited to build scalable People practices in a global, mission-driven organization.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a related role
  • People-first mindset: You care deeply about employee experience and understand how thoughtful People programs drive engagement and performance
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented: You can manage multiple programs and timelines simultaneously without dropping the ball
  • Collaborative: You enjoy working cross-functionally and building trusted relationships across teams
  • Comfort with ambiguity: You thrive in evolving environments and are excited to help build and refine processes
  • Clear communicator and Globally Minded: You can communicate effectively and empathetically with teammates at all levels and from different cultures and markets

Responsibilities

  • Own employee milestone moments, including anniversaries, departures, and key team celebrations.
  • Support hiring managers in the onboarding of new HQ hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience
  • Identifying gaps in lifecycle processes and implementing improvements, such as developing best practices for offboarding teammates
  • Support the execution of staff retreats and staff bonding opportunities.
  • Partner with hiring managers to improve hiring practices, including developing guidelines, sourcing strategies, and best practices; support JD development and participate in key interviews.
  • Own and manage Endeavor’s annual Global Summer Internship Program (~15 interns), including recruitment coordination and hiring managers’ support, onboarding, program logistics, activities, and overall intern experience.
  • Explore opportunities to expand and scale the internship program across local offices
  • Build and manage relationships with key universities and student organizations to strengthen Endeavor’s campus presence and talent pipeline.
  • Maintain and update People-related documentation, guides, and internal resources.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for HQ employees on People-related questions (non-payroll, non-legal).
  • Assist with ad hoc People initiatives and projects as the team continues to scale.
