We are constantly learning, exploring, and seeking out new collaborations in relentless pursuit of creating lasting impact at scale that can change the life trajectories of millions of young people and families in America. Blue Meridian is staffed by an experienced team of results-focused leaders , and we welcome other mission-driven champions to join us. ‎ The Senior Associate, Partner Experience will support all aspects of Partner relations, serving as a critical coordination and execution resource for relationship management, recommitments, and Partner Advisory work. This role will ensure seamless planning, delivery, systems management, and insights coordination to strengthen Partner engagement and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Alignment with Blue Meridian’s mission and core values.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in relationship management, client services, or operations and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellence in project coordination and meeting facilitation.
  • Demonstrated advanced proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce in particular) and project management and communication platforms (e.g., Slack and Asana).
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively use AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity and work quality. This includes experience with AI tools for tasks such as research, content generation, data analysis, problem-solving, or workflow automation.
  • Demonstrated understanding of AI capabilities and limitations, including the ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs, apply appropriate judgment when using AI assistance, and integrate AI tools effectively within their work processes.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable documentation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and genial demeanor, and the ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
  • Proactive problem-solver with ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and the ability to learn new software quickly.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in philanthropy, nonprofits, and/or strategy consulting desirable.
  • Background in fundraising, development, investor relations, partner management, or client services.
  • Perspective from direct experience living or working in communities with significant low income or otherwise disenfranchised peoples preferred.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies.
  • Advanced proficiency with Salesforce and project management platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Co-develop and maintain Relationship Plans that align with Partner goals and organizational strategy.
  • Coordinate regular internal communications to ensure ongoing alignment and engagement.
  • Prepare Senior Leadership for Partner engagements, including developing discussion materials, providing context, and drafting agendas.
  • Analyze Partner engagement trends and deliver insights to leadership to inform strategic decisions.
  • Lend support to design and execution of Partner experiences that build authentic community and engagement
  • Support Partner engagement efforts including outreach, communications and coordinating touch points between Partners and key members of the Blue Meridian community
  • Capture notes and synthesize key discussion points, decisions, and action items from internal meetings, ensuring clear follow-up and accountability.
  • Share meeting summaries and update internal resources to document learnings and best practices, supporting team alignment and continuous improvement.
  • Drive process improvements within Investor Relations to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness and help drive seamless integration and connectivity between communication tools and CRM.
  • Maintain accurate and high-quality records of Partner activities, next steps, and outcomes.
  • Ensure key actions and learnings are captured and accessible across core systems, especially Sharepoint, Salesforce and Slack.
