Job Description: You Will: Video Investment and Execution: Prepare reports for clients on national accounts (Tracking, GRP, Posts) Ensure that DDS and GRP charts reflect most updated brand requirements Communication with networks regarding client's scheduling Ensure that move requests have been requested and are being followed up on daily Organize all upfront information into summary documents (i.e. “Roll-Ups”) Analyze upfront plans, complete options and sell-off requests, negotiate scatter buys and prepare scatter buy recommendations Ensure that allocations match flighting/$'s/GRP requirements Prepare Monthly Spending Reports Client & Internal Relationships: Maintain special client related projects (i.e. Marketplace updates) Develop relationships with network sales executives Help manage expectations of clients and their deliverables Work with supervisor to develop and oversee junior staff, manage time, assure projects are completed on time and follow budget Keep up with the latest trends in media, programming, and ratings Inform client/team of new opportunities or issues Participate in face-to-face client meetings Build relationships with internal and external teams and set a good example for associate level Communication: Help develop media presentations and tactical POVs Develop client reports that are impactful Move audience to desired action through clear delivery of information Insure important information is provided to team regarding client issues, internal agency issues, and changes in account status. You Have: Bachelor's Degree 1+ years of experience, including at least 1 year at the Associate level Media vendor negotiation experience Working knowledge of DDS Knowledge of media research terminology The annual salary range for this position is $51,000-$83,375. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
