Requirements

MD or DO degree; board eligible or certified in Child & Adolescent or Adult Psychiatry.
Four years of post-residency or fellowship experience, with preferred medical management experience.
Excellent communication and executive functioning skills.
Active physician license, with willingness to obtain licensure in other states.
Completed three years of graduate training in a psychiatry program approved by the AMA.

Responsibilities

Providing monthly supervision for psychiatry team members within the Virtual Program.
Collaborating with leadership to address site-specific needs and improve patient care.
Advocating for standardized admission and clinical protocols.
Driving the integration of quality initiatives to enhance clinical outcomes.
Improving utilization of clinical data for informed decision-making.
Leading the productivity model implementation with Medical Directors.
