About The Position

In this role, you will serve as a crucial clinical liaison for partner providers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Your efforts will focus on building long-lasting relationships and addressing provider concerns while promoting the adoption of innovative clinical programs. You will engage with healthcare professionals to maintain a high standard of care, understand clinical workflows, and drive necessary changes in a fast-paced environment, ultimately improving patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Advanced clinical degree (MD, DO, or NP); MD/DO preferred
• 5+ years of clinical experience in primary care or related field
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience with provider-facing programs within health systems or tech platforms
• Familiarity with digital health frameworks and Medicare billing
• Proficiency in clinical informatics and data interpretation
• Willingness to travel frequently (2–3 days/week) near a major airport

Responsibilities

• Act as the lead clinical liaison for partner providers across multiple regions
• Collaborate with Provider Relations Managers on clinic visits and ongoing relationship management
• Advocate for the clinical value of care models and address provider inquiries
• Support onboarding and training for new clinics, ensuring alignment and confidence
• Resolve provider complaints with empathy and thorough follow-up
• Provide field insights to internal teams to inform service improvements
• Stay updated on regulatory standards to ensure compliant, high-quality care
