The Marketing department enables sales by answering, “Why Dimensional?” They partner with sales groups, investment teams, and executive leadership within Dimensional to extract, package, and spread Dimensional’s message and philosophy. Teams within the Marketing department work to best reflect Dimensional’s unique offer to clients and advance its position in the marketplace. The Project Manager is a member of the Marketing Operations team and is responsible for facilitating the production and delivery of marketing campaigns and materials for Dimensional’s global brand. These materials include print collateral, digital deliverables, and other specialty items. The role investigates the scope of the project, creates and maintains schedules, and routes jobs through the lifecycle of a creative project including editorial development, design, production, quality control, legal/compliance sign off, and distribution. The candidate must have the ability to work efficiently with large groups of stakeholders, gaining consensus and managing timelines in a fast-paced environment, and to use sound judgment with an eye to the broader communication needs for the business. In addition, the Project Manager works to assess existing processes, implement improvements, create and maintain process documentation and training, and report on workflow analytics.
