About The Position

As a support analyst you will be responsible for handling Allvue & Private Capital Suite inquiries submitted by our internal teams and eventually our clients. Troubleshooting problems with the software application, providing product support and researching issues. What you’ll do You'll handle onboarding and offboarding processes, including user setup, management, and investor or contact tracking, while ensuring SOC controls and documentation are maintained. You'll manage deliverables such as support tickets, vendor issues, project planning, training materials, control logs, and data integrity checks to keep operations running smoothly. You'll take on centralized tasks like static data uploads, onboarding new domains, and expanding industry knowledge, while developing technical expertise in tools like Microsoft Report Builder, Tableau, and Power BI. You'll gradually transition from internal responsibilities to client-facing tasks, gaining exposure to procedure design, training, and broader project involvement. You'll be measured by your ability to train others, meet deadlines accurately, and contribute effectively to team communication, projects, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • Over a year of experience in Partnership Accounting, supported by a bachelor’s degree and a foundation in private equity fund and account knowledge.
  • Demonstrate authentic, bold, and collaborative values, along with a strong desire to learn, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently while researching issues.
  • Excel in problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills, with sharp attention to detail that ensures accuracy in your work.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite, especially Excel formulas and pivot tables
  • Rudimentary knowledge of CSS and HTML

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of SQL reports, Tableau, and Power BI.
