We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Investor Services Operations - IC2 to join our Investor Services team. This role is located in Boston MA In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years of total work experience preferred
- Experience in transfer agency operations preferred
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- No direct people leadership required
Responsibilities
- Conduct, analyze, and report on transfer agency operations activities for clients of moderate complexity
- Lead client onboarding and internal conversions
- Conduct key metric reporting and provide oversight to daily Transfer Agency processes
- Assist management in day-to-day business operations by resolving escalated issues
- Review processes and procedures to reduce risk, enhance efficiency, and recommend modifications to improve productivity
- Apply key controls and processes to identify potential risk
- Lead project management initiatives and/or onboarding of new clients
- Develop relationships with technology and line of business teams as a Subject Matter Expert to develop business requirements and test development
- Analyze business data to identify trends to mitigate risk or enhance client relationships
- Identify new products and services to increase revenue and participate in client engagement regarding new products, services, or key business changes
- Provide guidance to less experienced team members as needed and contribute to the achievement of team objectives
