About The Position

This position will work Pacific Time Zone hours - successful candidates will be US based on the West Coast. What you’ll do You'll oversee Outlook Investor Services inboxes, respond to routine client inquiries, and handle ad-hoc requests efficiently. You'll post fund and investor-level documents to the investor portal while coordinating with other departments for approvals and upcoming posts. You'll manage investor expectations by clearly communicating timelines for deliverables and ensuring smooth delivery of capital call and distribution notices. You'll assist in updating and maintaining document processes and policies to ensure accurate record keeping and compliance. You'll collaborate with your team and clients to uphold standards, assess operational effectiveness, and suggest improvements for process development. Requirements

  • You bring over 4 years of experience in investor services, private equity, public accounting, or alternative asset investment firms.
  • You apply strong analytical and technical skills with proficiency in accounting and fund administration for alternative investments.
  • You demonstrate exceptional client service, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate while giving and receiving constructive feedback.
  • You consistently deliver accurate, detail-oriented work at high volume while managing multiple demands and tight deadlines, including overtime when required.
  • You leverage advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, supported by a minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
