As a Senior Associate in our Health Practice, you’ll play a key role in supporting our clients’ health and wellbeing strategies. Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • A knack for asking insightful questions and following directions.
  • A commitment to producing quality work and delivering value to clients.
  • Willingness to obtain a Life & Health License within six months of starting.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of group insurance and wellbeing programs is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Help design and manage health and wellbeing benefit programs that meet client needs.
  • Support benefit plan benchmarking, cost-saving strategies, and funding solutions.
  • Assist with vendor management, including renewals, performance reviews, and issue resolution.
  • Prepare and analyze vendor RFPs for medical, dental, vision, and wellbeing programs.
  • Ensure annual plan documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Provide exceptional client service by responding to inquiries and preparing for meetings.
  • Collaborate with consultants and attend client meetings to deliver insights and solutions.
  • Take on special projects and assignments to support the team’s success.
