About The Position

As a Senior Associate, GTM Planning, you will support the revenue organization with both analytical and strategic needs. You will help support the operations of our Sales team, drive sales compliance and help with sales planning and comp. This role will be a highly-visible position to collaborate across the company to help create strategies influencing our sales team. You will report to the Manager, Revenue Operations on our Revenue Operations Team in our In-Store organization.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Salesforce, Looker, Tableau, Microsoft Office, and G-Suite with an emphasis on Excel on Google Sheets and Slides.
  • Self-motivated and have a high attention to detail
  • Strong knack for data visualization and modeling
  • Team player capable of high performance and flexibility in a fast paced environment
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing change management and process improvements through skilled project management abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and cross-collaboration skills with a passion for people, data, strategy and process
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

Responsibilities

  • Provide insights and analytics and reporting for the Revenue organization, including forecasting, pipeline analysis, and funnel metrics across all lead sources.
  • Build and maintain all dashboards to help track team success
  • Identify gaps in our processes and help maintain compliance
  • Support quota design, targets, headcount planning, budgets and development with a focus on data modeling
  • Work with our Data Team to ensure data integrity is maintained by instilling data quality standards across all data related activities
  • Analyze the prospect to customer funnel to find bottlenecks in process and increase funnel velocity
  • Partner closely with the Salesforce Systems Team to develop workflows in Salesforce and other operational tools to ensure support for sales productivity, reporting, and dashboards
