About The Position

RealtyAds is looking for a motivated and results-driven Senior Associate, Growth to support our expanding Sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who have demonstrated success in top-of-funnel outreach and are ready to own the full sales cycle. The Senior Associate, Growth will be responsible for sourcing and qualifying leads, running tailored demos, and closing new business. This is a pivotal role for those looking to deepen their sales experience and prepare for more senior closing roles within the organization.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of sales experience in Tech and/or CRE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field
  • Entrepreneurial and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership over results
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, especially when managing multiple deals
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
  • 5 days per week in-office at a RealtyAds Office

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle -from prospecting and outreach to product demonstrations, follow-ups, and contract execution
  • Ability to tailor platform demonstrations to showcase value based on prospect needs and pain points
  • Understand complex organizations within commercial real estate to reach out and establish relationships with key stakeholders
  • Research, identify, and qualify target CRE ownership groups and brokerage firms to uncover new revenue opportunities through outbound prospecting
  • Leverage tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn, and internal systems to manage outreach activity, track deal-cycle progression, and optimize prospecting strategies
